Problems in scheduler & auto update email

Hi, I’m new to this, currently having trouble in scheduler and creating auto update email.

  1. Scheduler after saving in 4 hours, it jumps back into 1 hour.
  2. I have edited the codes, but still showing codes in email instead of the info.

Problem: case number, user full name, case update date & description not showing.

I have 0 knowledge in coding. Please help.
