Problems adding the address field

I recently added a new address field in a module that I created, but the address field does not work correctly.

For example, in leads there is a section of address that looks like this:


But after deploying it it looks like this:

In my case my contracted and deployed looks the same besides that it seems not to work properly, who knows what is the possible problem ?, or the correct way to add a direction field in this panel?

Hi,
You can see the Account module address field definition. Not a simple thing like you are doing. There are many things to do. Field definition for each one, and then join them and then add there copy feature into second section.
