Hello everyone! If I go to EMAIL -> COMPOSE NEW EMAIL for write an email to one of my leads or account (is the same) I have a problem… If I try to choose a template model from the dropdown nothing happens, and the text of the email remains empty.
The same happens if I select a recipient of the e-mail searching for it through the search (lead/account/etc.), I select a recipient but the recipient field remains empty and I am forced to write the recipient’s email address by hand.
Can you help me?
