I am making a quotation and add Description just ex. 1500 only number and save it. again edit and save value change just -NaN.NaN

Hi Gopal,

What version of SuiteCRM are you using?

I presume you have tried the standard Quick Repair & Rebuild amd disabling/enabling AJAX for the quotes module.

I checked that this problem in all version . this error only when type only no. as you said i have done bot problem not solved

Hi Gopal,

Are you running 7.1.4? Can you give an example of the data you are entering? It may be that quotes is trying to convert the data to a number.

I am entering value in Description just say 1500 and save it value are saved . but we are again and edit and save value are change

There must be something wrong with your environment as the record saves for me and displays the correct value.

Dear Will, i am using 7.1.4 but also check with older versin there is same problem. i again repat to you one time save record properly buy we have edit same record and save it. than value has changed.
