Hi guys
I made some mail templates for forwarding mails under some circumstances where I want to send a notification to someone (as in case any Opportunity become closed succesfully), but when I try to send the mail using Workflow no field replacement happens, I receive the mail at destination without the data replaced. I receive something like this:
Hi ,
Your case $acase_name (# $acase_case_number) has been closed on $acase_date_entered
Status: $acase_status
Reference: $acase_case_number
Resolution: $acase_resolution
BTW, is there any way to get at Mail template any other module at PullDown ? just is available:
- Account
- Contact/Lead/Target
- User
- Events
