Guys,
I have tried to look over this forum trying to find out why suddenly my email template unable to display the insert variable in sent email to user. Take for example on Lead Module that supposed to show the real name instead of string variable $lead_name in email received by the other party
This happened after I have installed the WYSIWYG module from urdhva-tech. Maybe someone out there face no problem like i do but i am quite frustrated since there’s no single article in forum talking about how to solve this problem as well as how to find what’s wrong with this
