I got the following problem with a Cases. Inbound mail don’t creating “Cases” automaticly. System log showed next error:
Wed Sep 21 11:37:01 2016 [6033][1][FATAL] SCHEDULERS: could not get an IMAP connection resource for ID [ 564f5ed9-61ab-6297-1d74-574becaa9cef ]. Skipping mailbox [ CRMVC ].
Wed Sep 21 11:37:01 2016 [6033][1][FATAL] Job 60d7ed57-1765-d3cb-5c50-57e2466c5eb7 (Check inbox email) failed in CRON run
Stettings in Inbound mail (in attach).
If anyone knows how to solve it, please tell me.

This issue occur to me too when many mail client is open on other computer to the same mailbox.
When this occur, i kill all mail app on computer via remote script and then ok
For me this is a setting in email hosting that limit concurrent connection.
However, the problem is still not resolved, we will investigate further. We have tried various options and have created a new account e-mail and used one email client, but to no avail.
