Hello,
I was able to set up an inbound and outbound email account on suitecrm. But the test email did not come through to the intended recipient. I could manually send it after setting up the account but not via the send test email option.
Note: The send test email option works fine with gmail but not with other mail accounts though I was succesfull in setting up the in bound and outbounnd email account for gmail, outlook and the company mail.
I checked the server protocols and server mail address and server ports and they are absolutely fine.
Please suggest some fix with this issue.
