i want to make a condition that sends a mail after the deadline by few minutes. provided is the screenshot for what i did, however this is not working correctly i guess it related to variable “NOW” . i made a case with a deadline which have not come yet but i still receive a mail whenever the case is created that the deadline is met. Any help ??
