Problem creating new campaign

Hello to all,
I hope you can help me. I have a problem with the creation of campaigns for sending e-mails, when I select the lists and click to continue it generates this error:

(Record search error. This record may have been deleted or you are not authorized to view it.).
This happens for the creation of a new campaign, if instead I try to modify an existing campaign, this error does not occur, but I do not schedule the sending of e-mails (not even the test one). I state that the other e-mails leaving the CRM work (for example, those for inviting meetings from the calendar), the anomaly concerns only the Campaigns.

Could you first of all confirm if you have any security groups and or roles created that may be inhibiting the use of campaigns?
