Print as PDF not available in Invoices module

Hi,
I have just installed SuiteCRM via AWS, currently everything is working fine, but i just found that Im not able to do Print as PDF action at Invoices module, when i click on the invoice, Print as PDF not available under Bulk Action dropdown menu, may I know how can I make it available? I have already set the Invoice PDF template, but I couldn’t find the Print as PDF function.

Can someone expert guide me on how to make it available?

Hello,

Are you checking on the detail view of Invoice or List view of Invoice?

Bulk action drop-down comes under the List View of Invoice module. A button will be displayed only in Detail view of Invoice module.

I found it in invoices details view, I thought it will only available under dropdown list in list view. Thanks a lot! :slight_smile:
