if you also get the warnings printed into your pdf, try reducing the reporting level as pgr already mentioned:
I can’t change my PHP version and php.ini file into the server, because I’m using different projects on my server. Is there any suitecrm extension for viewing pdf? I can view the generated pdf file in the Mozilla Firefox browser but it’s not working on the chrome browser, what is the reason behind it?
I had the same problem. I solved with the downgrade from php version 7.4 to 7.3.
