Prevent lead/contact creation using company email addresses...

We’re using the officail Suitecrm Outlook plugin…We’ve realised that by adding a colleagues email address as a contact or lead, any emails sent to them by any other suitecrm user is recorded against that lead/contact.

Is it at all possible (easily) to bar any emails being created that belong to the company domain? I think this would solve the issue (I’m aware that you can block archiving for some email addresses but this will cut out emails we want to see, and can also easily be changed by the user).

Any ideas?

If you have downloaded that from the Suite Store then its better to create a support ticket on the store to get someone from SuiteCRM address your issue.
