if i click on edit button of dashlet the popup menu did not display…
in this the javascript not working

Have you tried different browsers?
I know that Google Chrome has problems with javascript so i’d try Firefox or dare I say; Internet Explorer.
If that doesn’t help then make sure that you don’t have popups blocked for your domain.
