Pop Up reminders

At present our sales and customer services teams use multiple applications. What is happening is that if a task or call reminder pops up and the user is in an application other than SuiteCRM the reminder cannot be seen until they return to SuiteCRM.

Is there a work around for this?

You can view the CRM calender in any calender app. In outlook, or on a smartphone etc.
