I just reinstalled the program and found that the pictures I uploaded to the user pages are missing. I tried to upload other pics with the same result. Any ideas?
I’ve seen this error once and it was simply a permissions problem. SuiteCRM is very sensitive to permissions issues, we better make sure your install is ok in this respect.
Are you on Linux? Do you know which user your web-server runs under? For example, on Ubuntu it’s www-data.
If you have SuiteCRM 7.8.3 or later, you can get that from the instructions given at the bottom of the Admin/Schedulers screen.
