PHP Version Error on SuiteCRM v7.11.20 via Softaculous

I have just tried installing SuiteCRM v7.11.20 via Softaculous but I get the following message

This script is not compatible with PHP version : 7.4.0+
Do you wish to enable PHP 7.3.28 ? (Might cause issues with your existing installations).

But on the compatibility matrix it indicates that

SuiteCRM 7.11.x is compatible with PHP v7.4 (starting from SuiteCRM 7.11.19)

Hello,
With the PHP version 7.4 i have blank screen, with the 7.3 I have somes bugs. So I use the 7.1 version of PHP.

I need v7.4 as I have other apps which need it
