PHP/MySQL Programmer Help With SuiteCRM

Does anyone know an advanced php/mySQL (linux) programmer to troubleshoot, streamline and rewrite code that we’ve created over the last four years for msWoods.com real estate registration forms, information tracking, nightly auto email updates and more using Sugar/Suite CRM. We need to organize and rewite the code into a more efficient product. Currently we display approximately 40,000 homes for sale and homes that have sold in the Indianapolis, IN metro area.

Knowledge of the Real Estate Transaction Standard (RETS) experience a plus, but not mandatory. Complex nested queries/joins involved.
