Photo Users and Employee and displayed on feeds

Hi guys,

I can add the photo of the user and is displayed in the upper right corner?
Additionally it is displayed in the feeds dashlets.

I tried from the photo of the employee but managed not find that there display.

It doesn’t currently display in the top right of the CRM.
