Phone field loses tel: link after inline edit

Hi,

I am using SuiteCRM 7.14.7 and noticed that when I inline edit a phone-type field, the “tel:” link disappears afterward, making the field no longer clickable for direct dialing and we need to refresh the page to make it clickable.

Has anyone else encountered this issue or found a workaround or fix to preserve the tel link after inline editing?
