Welcome to the community! 
You’d want to make these changes in Studio.
Found within the dropdown on your username in the top right, then pressing Administration and using CTRL+F to search for “Studio”.
Once there you can make changes to any current module from layout to field names and much much more. All this info can be found on our documentation site: docs.suitecrm.com
