Hi- We are in the process of transitioning from our old CRM to Suite. We have noticed that there are certain areas the system seems quite slow. We are bringing over quite a lot of records, and average about 100,000 cases per year. We also have 100 users that are logged in at any time. Also we have over 100 workflows that we have setup in Suite.
Does anyone have any advice on how to optimize the queries in Suite to run quicker and more efficiently? Has anyone else had this issue? If yes, how did you resolve it?
