PDF Templates - None Found after creation of one

I’ve followed the directions and created PDF templates and making them active, but when selecting “generate Letter” from the account or contact, it tells me through a pop up “ERROR
No templates found.
Please go to the PDF templates module and create one”

Any ideas on how to resolve? (using SuiteCRM 7.0.2)

Have you selected the right module on “WorkFlow Module:” field when creating the template?

Not using it as part of workflow, this is simply creating a template by going to PDF templates, selecting the module that template pulls from and saving it. Then going into the module (accounts for example) and pulling up a record and choosing “generate letter”. I receive the error “no PDF templates found”

Sorry, I meant the right module in the “Type” field on the “PDF Templates” module.

Yes. Sorry I thought that was obvious from my previous two posts. Template set to accounts module. Generate letter from accounts module “no templates found”
