PDF-Templates - how to use / not working

Hello !

we can’t send pdf-templates to accounts and contacts.
The “edit”- DropDown Button shows no choice.

Only in the Quote-Module we have Email & Print as PDF, with a choice of PDF-Templates

Please help

Hi George,

Do you have any custom view/action menu modifications which would prevent the options from showing?

Is this on a clean install?

Hi Will !

Thank you for your help.
We have no modification.

I have to correct me.
The menu in the contacts module seems to be ok.
The problem is still in the account module.
