Hi there,

A week ago i moved my SuiteCRM hosting and with it I had to give permission again and that stuff. But now when I try to create a new PDF Template I got always one i created when I moved the hosting, but then i delete it all and i save it, and here is the error : when i try to modify it again it changes to the one I created, previously mentioned.

I have no way to create any PDF Template, would you help me please?

I’m having the same problem since I upgraded to 7.9.4

This sounds like a caching issue. I would take a look at this PR which fixes all html fields in the CRM displaying the value of the first html field you viewed.

I can confirm the same behaviour since the upgrade to 7.9.4
I am forced to delete content of the cache directory each time I want to make a change to the PDF template.

Sorry for the delay. I managed to solve it by deleting the 7.9.4 and returning to 7.9.3. Hope this is fixed in the future. Thank you all for your responses.
