override standard send mail with my workflow

Hi to all, easy question: when i create a project and i assign to an user isn’t me, the crm send him a notification. Actually i don’t like that tipe of notification cause is so poor of information. There is a way to substitute this standard notification with a workflow that i make?

You can edit that email (and all the other notification emails) by creating a copy of this file in “custom” directory and changing whatever you want:
