A year or so ago Will made reference to a new version of the Outlook plugin with the capability to sync outlook calendars. What is the current ‘state of play’ here? If this is imminent it would be good to know, or if there is a suitable alternative, that would be of interest too. I have seen references to Riva CRM integration which seems to offer everything one might be looking for. Any other suggestions please?

Hi Simon,
It hasn’t yet been developed but is in the pipeline. There are Riva/Grinmark/Opacus etc. so you could test them out in the mean time.

I am looking at Opacus and have a timed trial of the Pro version.
SuiteCRM calendar entries are being transferred into my Outlook calendar with no problem. Outlook calendar entries are not appearing in my SuiteCRM calendar however. There are records entered into the meetings table in the SuiteCRM database and I can supply an example extracted into Excel if that helps but is there anything obvious in the config to enable the Outlook to SuiteCRM flow to work?

To add a bit more - I have realised that I can see the appointments in the meeting list but they do not appear in the calendar view.

OK, I think I can add a bit more. The appointment only appears in the calendar if I have added myself as an invitee after it has been transferred into SuiteCRM.
I guess this is a functional requirement.
