Outlook plugin - 500 internal server error

Hi All,

I have SuiteCRM up and running for our company, and I’m happy to say that instalation and importing was a breeze up till this point.

I have installed the Outlook plugin v1.1.0.7 onto a couple of different machines, however I haven’t been able to get it to connect.

I have entered the URL for the CRM, plus my administrator username and password, however I’m getting a ‘The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error’ when I hit ‘Test’.

I’ve done quite a bit of searching (Google and forums) however I can’t find much information about the plugin or troubleshooting issues.

If anyone could please point me in the right direction, or give pointers on things to check/test, that would be much appreciated.

Ensure there is no trailing / at the end of your URL.

Many thanks for your reply.

Unfortunately this hasn’t helped in my case.

Additionally, I have another instance of the CRM on my test server, where the plugin can connect without issue (regardless of a trailing slash or not). It just seems that my main cPanel host may be blocking things here?

Does anybody have any ideas of what cPanel settings I may need to tweak?
