On Lead save getting blank page

Edit Lead. On Save, renders a blank (empty) HTML page response. I see no errors in the log. Lead is successfully updated. We do have an existing AOW_Workflow on lead creation, but not on update.

This may be related to your workflow issue. Please resolve that first and report back if you are still experiencing the issue on save.
