Is there a way to fix a standard template for the Note session for “Create Note”, the purpose is to provide guideline for salesperson what to include in the report to be written in the “Note” box, such as the follow:

  2. Person i-charge name:
  3. Discussion subject:
  4. Next follow-up date and time:
  5. Marketing material request:
