Note or Attachment not saving in History

I’m running Suite on a Docker instance, Version 7.11.14.

All works well except when I try to create a Note or Attachment in History it does not save it. Someone on the Docker forums corroborated that this didn’t work for them either.

Is this a known bug? How can I fix it?

hmmmm, I haven’t noticed the inability to create Notes/Attachments myself.
(Though I largely don’t use SuiteCRM through Docker containers)


Do you perhaps have steps to replicate this issue?

Also, have you checked either the SuiteCRM.log or PHP error logs, to see if anything of note appears when the record fails to save?


When you create the record through the History Subpanel, have you navigated to the Notes/Documents modules to see if the record has indeed been created?
(And perhaps it is simply not relating back to the parent item correctly?)
