Not enough options for call reschedule reason


I can’t find in Studio the place to modify drop-down field for call reason reschedule.

In fact, “Out of Office” and “in a Meeting” are not enough. What about “No answer” or “Busy”, to say the least?

Can somebody please help me to modify this?


In Studio? Shouldn’t you be looking in Admin / Dropdown Editor?

Thank you for the hint, it’s solved now.

In fact, I’ve never used that option, furthermore and surprisingly, I even hadn’t noticed it before. I’ve always used Studio for customization including editing drop-downs. But that one is not showing-up there.
