Not able to configure inbound mail setting

Hi ALL,

we are not able to configure inbound mail settings. I have entered all fields and when testing it is showing successful bit while saving we are getting alert of Invalid Value: Mail Server Protocol

I need support here.

Hi, I am glad to answer this. You must use Another Mail Server Port Number like 587.

You can watch a video. where you can do lack of Inbound email setting.

Thanks for your reply. Still i am getting same alert. pls confirm if we need to make any changes in config file as i am not able to save the setting. Getting Invalid Value: Mail server Protocol

You use this Mail Server Port Number 993 and Enter in Username field in your email address.

Best to check if there are a specific port and the server address for the service you use for Emails.
