Not able to asign roles to users

I had created roles but there is no subpanel for users or security group

Hmmmm, there definitely should be Subpanels on the Role records

I think we need more information:

  • What version of PHP and SuiteCRM are you using?
    It might be an incompatible combination

  • Do you get any errors in the Suite or PHP logs?

  • Do you see the “Roles” subpanel when viewing a Security Group or User record?
