No Returns in email

Hi,

when I assign a task to someone, he’ll gets an email with the correct text, but there is no formatting anymore.
Every Return inside the message is missing.

Can somebody explain, how I can fix that?
It’s just an small blemish, I know, but perhaps there is an easy solution for that.

Hi,

the problem appears in both instances I am running, 7.11.9 and 7.8.16.
(I want to update the CRM at the moment).

The 7.11.9 instance is fresh with no changes at all. But the issue is on both instances.
I copied the database from the old instance into the 7.11.9.

this is going to cause you troubles. You can only move a database from one instance to the other if they are the exact same version.
