No Photo picture, only small Icon visible

I have Win10 and Chrome browser.

I downloaded SuiteCRM (local C:) from Bitami stack 7.7.6.0 and program is visible with Accounts/Contacts.

I added in Contacts a PICTURE field for my JPG (or PNG) files but I see only an small yellow/blue ICON, not the face of the person.

In my previous 7.5 version with the same jpg file i saw the faces,

What is wrong ??

could you please provide a screenshot? I have just tried on 7.7.6 and it seems to be working as expected
What was the upgrade path you took?
