No display of issues in widgets on the desktop

I would like to ask for help, I don’t know what I am doing wrong when creating modules, but after starting them and adding a widget on the desktop, I cannot see the matters created in a given module

On the widget, can you click the TOP pencil icon to Edit the widget filters and clear all filters to see if the records show up?
