I have been trying to get this working for a while now. But i can’t seem to get it fixed.
I am able to read the test mails that I sent through SuiteCRM, but none of them create a case or generate an auto-reply.
I have checked my outbound mail settings, i have enabled the crontab server-side. I’ve also checked my AOP settings and I even tried a clean install to see if there weren’t any problems or bugs that might have popped up from upgrading from SugarCRM to SuiteCRM.
First I would suggest checking that your cron configuration was successful.
In Admin / Schedulers, when you enter the Inbound email job, does it show a “last ran successfully” date that is recent? Is it in the correct timezone?
I have checked my schedulers, the jobs were stuck on queued. and after some messing around, I noticed that removing the “> /dev/null 2>&1” part from the cronjob fixed it. So for some reason, suppressing the outputs breaks the functionality of the cronjob.
