New to SuiteCRM problem with home screens in general

Guys, i am new, and the first think that appears in the home screen of any option is a pop up that i cannot close with a :

Hi,

Please go to your Admin > Repair page and run A ā€œQuick Repair/Rebuildā€ and execute any Changes that may show up.
Then, go into Admin > Repair and run a ā€œRepair JS Groupingsā€
Then finally, Run a Quick Repair/Rebuild again from the Admin > Repair menu.

still the same problemā€¦ same screen

Please Help, we are trying to start to work with this CRMā€¦
When I try to rebuild any JS the message is

Processing files. This may take several minutes. Going away from this page will not cancel the process, so feel free to move on or wait for confirmationā€¦

Hi,
Which JS rebuild did you try?
What are your permissions for your SuiteCRM Instanceā€™s files/Directories?
ā€˜undefinedā€™ text could be a permissions issue.
