I am new to suitecrm and have been working on configuring a new installation of crm 8.1.3 hosted on an external server with php8 installed. Hopefully you can provide some direction with some of the problems I have.
The Problems I currently have are
For cases created from emails, the description show email as text with html tags - would be great if this was rendered instead. (I have seen solutions to edit detailviewdefs but they don’t work)
The case screen shows a link to the original email that triggered the creation of the case. This will assist with creating a new contact or assigning a new email to the contact.
If I view an email and click reply I get an error Bad data passed in; [Return to Home])
Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
