Have you customised Calendar? That view does not look normal.

Have you done all of the usual permissions/repair checks etc?

Do you get any JavaScript errors in the browsers?

In chrome i have:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)

You need to set permissions, as the server is throwing the 403 forbidden i.e. it cannot access the files.

I’ve got the same problem but i’m in windows with xampp.
