I havenβt used the CRM with Windows much myself, but it sounds like it may be worth doing a few things:

Re-set File/Folder Permissions
Iβm not 100% sure how this behaves on a Windows environment, but this post appears to have some information around this -
Run the following Repair functions in Admin->Repair:
β Quick Repair and Rebuild
β Rebuild Relationships
β Rebuild JS Grouping Files
β Repair Roles
(You may wish to grab a backup before doing so, in case anything goes awry, but the above Repairs should hopefully solve some of your issues)
