New Modules Missing from Navigation

I’m running SuiteCRM v 7.2.1 (SugarCRM v 6.5.20) on a MAMP stack with the Suite R theme. I cannot find any of the new modules in any of my navigation, even though I have some them listed as displayed modules in the Display Modules and Subpanels section.

When I go to Configure Module Menu Filters, none of the Advanced Open or JJWG Modules are available. I’ve done quick repair and rebuilds, but nothing’s mattered.

They were working fine before I installed the Suite R theme.

I checked the log, and no new entries have been generated. What gives?

Have you tested going back to the Suite 7 theme?

Are the modules simply disabled in Admin -> Display modules and subpanels?
