I am developing Google cloud messaging HTTP server so that update can be push to Android and Chrome app/extension. Is the module already available? If not can I submit the module?

I do not believe there is a module like this available for SuiteCRM. Please submit any code for inclusion to the project on GitHub, where you will also need to sign our contributor agreement(one time signing).
