New leads list import fails

Hi all,

I’m trying to import a new leads list. (.csv). All seems to go well till step 5; duplicate detection, the page that should load stays blank.
What can be the problem here?

check your webserver logs, there must be something. What about your timeout settings in your web server? do you have them according documentation?

Thanks!! You’re right. This is what I’ve found:

But question remains…what can I do about this? Is this some sort of setting somewhere? Please know that this is just cheap virtual server somewhere on the net, which I don’t manage myself.

well you need to talk with your hosting provider and ask them to increase the execution time, just send them that error, they’ll know what to do
