you probably donāt need to / canāt use the Studio for that.
One option is to use filters - with 8.6 the quick filters are really efficient:
(but thatās just for the list view - not the subpanels)
Or, if you need to have some permission system setup, the go to option would be roles:
If these approaches wonāt work for you, customizing might be the only way forward.
