Multiselctor drowndown/dynamic dropdown

Dear Team Members,

I would like to create a dropdown where I can select multiple fields in the drop-down or have dynamic dropdown so that I can list few names/topics

Example: I can selct Marketing, accounts, hr from the list of dropdown.

Appreciate some helpful advise.
