Multiple value in related field?

Hi everyone ;
i am try to add Multiple value in related field.It is possible?
If not can i add this dynamicly like email adress in account.

I mean mutiple value in one related field.i can chose only one value.

Then what you want is a Multi-select field… but it has to be dynamic, to load the values from the related table… :unsure:

Maybe a custom field like this could do it:
