Multiple relationships contacts/accounts

Hi,

we are currently evaluating several CRM, and someone advised us about suiteCRM.
We looked into the demo. Wohoo this is a big piece!

One of our basic needs is to link people (contacts) and companies (accounts):

  • contact linked to several contacts
  • contact linked to several accounts
  • account linked to several accounts

In the demo, we did not found how to link a contact to more than one account, or to other contacts.
For example “Lillian Thiessen” (the first contact in the demo) is director of operations into 2 companies, but this imply to duplicate the contact. So we have 2 “Lillian Thiessen”, which does not reflect the reality.

Is there a way to link a contact to more than one account?
And a way to link a contact to other contacts?

SuiteCRM offers huge capability for customization. Every above scenario can be very easily customized by using the built in Studio and creating many-to-many relationships between the mentioned modules.
