Hello.

Module Cases, field: “Case Updates Threaded”. How I can export that data from that field to .csv and make import later?

Even if I add attribute to that field “Importable: Yes” it doesn’t work.

Anybody knows??

Simple,
Make a report for table “Cases Update” … then export in csv.
But you will have a big problem with carriage return and other char
I think the best is in SQL.
